The outdoor simulator is designed to train the muscles of the press, chest, back, triceps and biceps of the shoulder (pull-up exercise on the horizontal bar with a wide, medium and narrow grip, lifting the legs "corner", push-ups on the uneven bars). The frame of the simulator is powder painted. this provides resistance to atmospheric precipitation and allows you to exercise at any time of the year. The color of the simulator is blue with black (blue prevails), variants with green are possible. For ease of use and to avoid injuries, bakelite plywood overlays are installed on the backrest, and the ends of the rectangular profile are welded.
